Do I need hub centric rings?  We get this question a lot.  At a fraction of the cost of your brand new wheels and tires, hub rings are a great installation tool that will ensures your new wheels and tires center perfectly on your vehicle and help eliminate the possibility of vibration.  While the most important aspect of your installation is ensuring you have an experienced installation technician using high quality equipment such as the Hunter Road Force systems, hub centric rings will eliminate the possibility of vibration due to an installer incorrectly torquing your tightening your wheels and tires onto your vehicle incorrectly.  Hub rings fit onto the hub before the wheel goes on, they help line the wheel up exactly where it needs to be.  Without the rings, the only way to line up the wheel is with the lug nuts, which is typically fine, but doesn’t guarantee proper alignment if done incorrectly.
