We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Representatives and a Customer Service Representative for our office location in Albany, MN. Experience not needed - we will train!
Sales Representative
Location: Albany, MN
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (hourly base + commission)
General Description: Interact with customers by phone, email, and chat to provide aftermarket fitment assistance and answer questions related to the wheel, tire, and vehicle accessory buying process.

Benefit Conditions:

Responsibilities:
- Answer sales phone calls, online chats, and respond to emails
- Place manual sales orders for customers
- Make outbound calls seeking new business and partnerships with existing customers
- Serve as the primary contact for customer fitment questions
- Assist customers with financing arrangements
- Assist with shipping and receiving (when needed)
- Other office and/or warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong automotive, wheel, and tire knowledge not a requirement, but is a plus
- Organized and detail orientated with good follow-up
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who works well with others as well as independently
- Bilingual in fluent Spanish and English a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
