(Featuring technology patented by Morimoto) Superior Beam Quality: The advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board in the center of the 2S4 sets allows the bulbs to produce the most precise beam pattern possible, with its 1.45mm surface-emission interval. For reference, the tungsten filament in a halogen bulb is 1.4mm, and the previous record for an LED bulb was 2.0mm, set by the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0 bulb! Using the industry-first ceramic PCB, we have eliminated the need for the dielectric layer and a separate thermal element, which, in combination with the Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips makes for unmatched performance when used in all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs. H11 Tension Spring: The base of the of the 2Stroke 4.0 H11/H9 bulbs has an integrated tension spring that pushes the entire bulb base downward with 5nm of force, resulting in a bulb that's been properly seated according to the needs of optics. The complexity and cost that went into developing these parts alone was a significant investment, but one we had to make in our continuous pursuit of perfection.
