Sales Representative
Location: Albany, MN
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (hourly base + commission)
General Description: Interact with customers by phone, email, and chat to provide aftermarket fitment assistance and answer questions related to the wheel, tire, and vehicle accessory buying process.

Benefit Conditions:

Responsibilities:
- Answer sales phone calls, online chats, and respond to emails
- Place manual sales orders for customers
- Make outbound calls seeking new business and partnerships with existing customers
- Serve as the primary contact for customer fitment questions
- Assist customers with financing arrangements
- Assist with shipping and receiving (when needed)
- Other office and/or warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong automotive, wheel, and tire knowledge not a requirement, but is a plus
- Organized and detail orientated with good follow-up
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who works well with others as well as independently
- Bilingual in fluent Spanish and English a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Position Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Content Coordinator to help create content, manage social media, support SEO, and develop and manage promotions and campaigns across multiple automotive brands.
This role is primarily in person in Albany, Minnesota, with partial hybrid remote flexibility. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
A real passion for the automotive industry is required. We want someone who genuinely connects with wheels, tires, trucks, lifted builds, off-road culture, and aftermarket accessories.
This person will do more than just post content. They will help create, organize, launch, and manage promotions and campaigns that drive engagement and sales, including initiatives such as monthly wheel giveaways, Lifted Truck Club apparel promotions, limited-time instant rebate offers, seasonal campaigns, and other creative brand programs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
- Write captions, blog content, promotional messaging, and other marketing copy
- Support SEO updates, content optimization, and keyword-focused improvements
- Help manage multiple social media accounts and content calendars
- Create and help manage promotions and campaigns, including giveaways, apparel promotions, rebate offers, and seasonal programs
- Assist with website content updates and promotions on BigCommerce and custom stores
- Support email and customer engagement efforts using platforms like Klaviyo and Yotpo
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to support content creation and workflow
- Create or edit basic graphics in Adobe Photoshop
- Monitor engagement, campaign performance, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and SEO
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital marketing platforms
- Basic Adobe Photoshop or similar design experience
- Must have a strong passion for the automotive industry and genuine interest in aftermarket wheels, tires, trucks, and vehicle accessories
- Ability to help turn ideas into real promotions and campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, content creation, social media, e-commerce, or SEO
- Familiarity with BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Google, Meta, or related platforms
- Experience creating short-form video, reels, or promotional content
- Recent graduate, early-career marketer, or experienced part-time professional
- Experience supporting promotions, giveaways, or brand campaigns
