This new 1978-1988 GM A/G-Body LS/LT-Swap Crossmember Add-on Bracket for 10-Speed Transmission must be used in conjunction with adapter plate BHS5182 and Transmission Crossmember 12644HKR-1. Also recommended is a new heavy duty urethane GM Transmission Mount (71223029HKR, 71223030HKR, or 24350).
