DELIVERY INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

** Product must be inspected upon delivery to qualify for damage insurance coverage. **

Upon delivery, thoroughly inspect all packaging and contents for product damage. Unbox the parts, remove each from the packaging, and check for hidden damage. If damage is found, write "Damaged" on the delivery bill — DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING MORE. Accept the shipment as is, keep all boxes / packaging materials, and contact BB Wheels immediately for next steps.

If the delivery driver refuses to wait for inspection, write "Driver did not let me inspect for damage" on the delivery bill.

IMPORTANT: Failure to inspect and properly note damage at delivery will void eligibility for replacement. This applies to all deliveries, including those to body shops. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure body shops inspect items upon delivery.

Manufacturer's 90 day warranty on factory defects from the original order date. We are an authorized retailer for all Aero Function products.
